Normans Big Break

Today, one of our classmates had an idea for Norman's mulch situation. Norman is plated on a hill, and has many roots. Her idea was to use a way that was used long ago, by sticking sticks, pegs, etc into the ground and covering it with one of these, mud or clay. Then it would be flattened out enough to put fresh mulch on Norman's roots and keep him growing!!!

  1. Hope it works. My dad is checking it out either way, we have tons of mulch we can put on the tree. Go Norman!

  5. You should put up a post where we can talk about ideas to help Norman. My dad says he's probably going to be able to do something, cause he does a lot of yard work and is good with that sort of stuff (trees, gardening, etc).

    PS - Nice website.
